“At Taverna Apanemia, we enjoyed a simple yet delicious breakfast with fresh white bread, butter, and honey, along with a vegetable omelette. In the afternoon, we chose a beetroot salad and a Cretan salad – both were wonderfully tasty and perfect for the warm day. Between meals, we took advantage of the beautiful beach, which is directly connected to the taverna. The sunbeds and umbrellas are free for guests, making the experience even more enjoyable.”

The grilled fish was exactly what I hoped for: fresh, clean, and prepared simply to let the natural flavors shine. They didn't overcomplicate it with excessive seasoning or sauces, which I appreciated. If you're looking for a place that delivers on its promise of excellent grilled fish, this is the spot next to a relaxing and quiet beach. Ervin and the team made sure our visit was memorable, and I will definitely be returning for more.”

“The food is amazing and the service is fantastic! The prices are very low considering the amazing quality you are getting here. Even if you are vegetarian, you will find a wonderful variety of fresh dishes here! Definitely get the fried feta with honey and sesame, the zucchini balls, and the eggplant dip. The Apanemia salad with avocado, figs, walnuts, and peaches was to die for. Not to mention the sweetness and perceptiveness of the great waitstaff and the beach views. We came back multiple times!”

“This is a very great restaurant with a great view of the sea. The staff was friendly and they served us well.
The food was delicious, probably the best fish that I ever ate!
The fish just had arrived, so it was fresh. It is better to go there after 12:00, because that is probably when the new food is being delivered.
You can also sit for free at one of the beach seats (right on the other side of the street, in which the restaurant is located) if you have already been to actual restaurant.
The meat option were also very nice and tasty.
I enjoyed every second there, I would probably go there again.”
